Gold Coast City Council in conjunction with the Taipei City Government selected Akuna Dragon Boat Club to represent the Gold Coast at the International Dragon Boat Championship in June, 2019.
Akuna is extremely honoured and accepted the invitation for a team of 28 members to make the journey to Taipei where we showcased the Gold Coast in front of several other International teams finishing in the top 15 out of a field of 58 teams in our category.
